Hi there, I'm Sangeetha.
My journey with movement began when I discovered its power to heal.
I’ve always cherished movement, and after exploring many forms of fitness, Pilates helped me build a profound connection with my body. This practice felt different — mindful, empowering, and deeply restorative.
I completed the Intermediate Teacher Training Program (450+ hours) offered by The Pilates Center (TPC), Boulder, Colorado, through their licensed studio, Pilates for Wellbeing (PFW), in Bangalore. The program involved an in-depth study of anatomy, movement science, and classical Pilates principles.
My mission is to guide each individual on their unique path to well-being, supporting not just strength and flexibility but also balance, awareness, and a deeper connection to self.
