About me

In my teaching, I value:

When you step into my class, you’re not just another client; you’re a person with a story, needs, and dreams for your health and well-being.

My role is to listen deeply, observe mindfully, and guide you safely and joyfully toward those goals.

My teaching is grounded in a strong foundation of education, hands-on experience, and deep respect for the Pilates method.

My Pilates certification involved an in-depth study of anatomy, movement science, and classical Pilates principles.

With over 400 hours of teaching experience in various settings. Pilates for Wellbeing, I’m fully trained in all Pilates equipment: Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ped-o-Pull, and more.
